ADVANCED VIDEO INSPECTION FOR HOLOGRAM PRODUCTION

The AVIS–HPQ is the worlds only automatic pro-active hologram defect detection system.

The AVIS-HPQ is not a modified print inspection system, it has been specifically and uniquely developed to detect defects in embossed holograms.

The defects detected range from defects as small as 10 microns, shim defects, shim degeneration, shim damage, bugs, loss of brightness and cleaning smears with the added benefit of an activating alarm on defect.
The defect is then displayed on the monitor for operator analysis and the image is stored on the hard drive together with its position along the web and location across the web for future reference. (Defect roll map)

Quality threshold can be reset on-line.
The system inspects 100% of the repeat length and is also designed for repeatable patterns or rainbow/wallpaper products.

The PASSIVE AVIS-H is a high resolution video
inspection system specially developed for inspecting embossed hologram production, incorporating many innovative solutions and enabling multi-angle
holograms to be inspected on-line.
The system enables the operator to detect defects as small as 10 microns, shim defects, shim degeneration, shim damage, foreign bugs and cleaning smears etc.

The CS-H is a low cost Hologram viewing system with the same features and technology as the CS1/2 range.
