special feature of the Tecscan system is the Make Ready
Mate, this feature uses up to 9 position image-in-image technology to allow the operator to set up the
registration and colour, using only the system.
Label/Pack checking.This means each label/pack can be inspected
automatically and constantly around the repeat length.
The Constant Scan feature sequentially inspects all the labels within the
repeat length. This can also refer to packages when the CS4 is
used for flexible packaging applications and business forms
printing.
The Series 5 CS4 system can be networked to allow the download of full digital images on-line
for archiving remote quality control or analysis.
The CS4 is capable of being upgraded to full AVIS specification. This makes the CS4 an extremely powerful tool, and a cut above the competition.
As with all our products we boast the ability to inspect ANY ink on ANY substrate from mirror finish foil to shadow-free viewing of transparent film.
