The WEBRANGER is a unique system devoted to analysing, measuring and controlling repeat (pitch) length and substrate variation on the run. Accurate to within 0.1 mm per metre the system produces printed reel or job reports. Designed and operated in Windows for ease of use and user friendly operation.

The WEBRANGER outputs two independant analogue signals directly proportional to the error. This enables automatic closed loop control of repeat length.

On screen graphics display each repeat variation as well as a scrolling job result. All ColourScan web inspection systems past and present can be upgraded to include the Web Ranger system. With newer state of the art substrates available, Repeat Length Measurement is essential for trouble free print runs with such sensitive materials.

		Proximity/eyemark sensor ( depending on application ).
